My Environment

"My Environment" was this year's theme for a colective art show at the Cultural Hall Alfred-Langevin, in Huntingdon, Quebec. I made this watercolor for the exhibition, today, the exhibition closed, I went to get my watercolor and I got to know, my watercolor was picked to be hang on the front wall of the hall!! so you can see me now making the happy dance!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Mi Entorno", fue el tema de éste año para una exposición de arte en el Salón Cultural Alfred-Langevin, en Huntingdon, Quebec. Hice ésta acuarela para participar en la exposición, y hoy, al cerrar la exposición, fuí a recogerla, me dieron la gran alegría de decirme, que mi acuarela fue elegida para ser colgada en la columna de la entrada, por ser la obra que más representó el tema, pues ya me pueden ver, aquí bailando de gusto!! Teacher

Teacher, for IF, Fox is up now to teach bird and other little birds to read... hope everything goes ok, you know, first day at school can be hard, I wish to all teachers a very good school year!!

Maestro, para IF, Fox ahora quiere ser maestra y enseñarle a Bird y otros pájaritos de la cuadra a leer y a escribir, mmm... espero todo vaya bien, je je, digo para la maestra, bueno les deseo a todos los maestros y maestras un buen inicio de año escolar!!!

Sosteniéndose de un paraguas, ellos creen que pueden ver todo el mundo desde ahí!!

Hurry! hurry!, the fox told to the little blue bird, fox was ready to begin to run, just grabbed the little bird by the feet and there they go, fast, just in a hurry...
-but fox, where do we go in such a hurry?
-don´t know bird, "hurry" it´s the word for IF this week, so there we go... Hurry! Hurry, bird, fly faster.

Aprisa! Aprisa!, la zorra le dijo al pájarito azul, zorra ya estaba lista para salir corriendo, solo agrarro al pájarito por los pies, y ya los puedes ver, aprisa, aprisa van corriendo, bueno y volando también...
-pero zorra, a dónde vamos tan de prisa?
-no lo se pájarito, "aprisa" es la palabra tema para la semana de IF, de manera que... aprisa! aprisa!

Every morning, when the little bird gets off to work (je je, to find some worms and seeds), Fox sits on the roof and use to see him until it gets faded...

Cada mañana, cuando el pequeño pájarillo sale a trabajar, (ja ja, bueno, a buscar algunos gusanillos y semillas), la zorrita acostumbra sentarse en la azotea de su casa y lo mira hasta que se desvanece...

Spring

Spring, it feels like spring, we are having a very nice weather, warm, so nice!!, and look, who stop on my watercolor box for a drink!! yes, a small lady bug, no matter how small sometimes are the water drops in my watercolor box, they use to stop for a drik.

Primavera, ya se siente como primavera, vamos a tener una semana de buen clima, templado, qué rico!!, y miren! quien paró a tomarse un trago en mi caja de acuarelas, una diminuta catarina, no importa que tan pequeñas sean las gotas de agua sobre mi caja de acuarelas, siempre alguna catarina se detiene a tomar un trago!

Prepare

Prepare to take my dog out for a walk, during the winter, it can take like half an hour to prepare, to put on, you know, just to keep warm, a sweater, a coat, wool socks, winter shoes, a hat, a pair of mittens, and also, to put on my dog its coat, but going out with my dog for a walk during winter... priceless!

Prepararse para llevar a mi perro afuera a dar un paseo durante el invierno, puede llegar a tomar alrededor de media hora, ya se pueden imaginar, y solo para mantenerse calientes, ponerse un sueter de lana, un abrigo, calcetines de lana, las botas de invierno, un gorro y un par de mitones, y también claro está, ponerle su abrigo a mi perro, salir a dar una caminata durante el invierno... no tiene precio!

The Three Kings, to night, at midnight, many children around the world will be waiting form them to stop at their homes, they will bring some presents for the little ones, for me, I just got it!!! I could jump with joy, I just visited the great blog "Pinzellades al Món", and I found my Three Kings watercolor there, oh my!! this is a real present for me! Thanks!

Los tres reyes magos, a media noche, van a visitar los hogares de muchos pequeños en todo el mundo, qué alegría para los pequeños encontrar en la mañana algunos regalos para ellos, y yo, ya recibí el mejor regalo, hoy al visitar el bello blog de ilustraciones Pinzellades al Món, descubro ésta ilustración de hace tiempo, estoy brincando de gusto!!!
